Quick reminder how to use flarcreate(1M):
flarcreate -n sol8 -S -R / /mnt/solaris8.flar
-n name of the archive
-S don't estimate the size of the archive prior to creating it
-R explicitly specifies / filesystem
solaris8.flar name of the archive
